Terms and conditions of rental

Cancellation or modification deadlines

* If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you will be refunded to :

• 75% if he/she stays at least 30 days before the stay;
• 50% if there are between 15 and 29 days left before the stay;
• No refunds or changes less than two weeks in advance.

* For groups with a group rate of 10 people or more, the reimbursement is :

• 75% if he/she stays at least 60 days before the stay;
• 50% if there are between 30 and 59 days left before the stay;
• No refunds or changes less than 30 days in advance.

* Reservation fees are never refundable.

Schedule

Day of arrival

• Arrival from 3 p.m.
• Free the kitchen by 9pm
• Midnight curfew

Day of departure

• Free dormitories by 10 a.m.
• Free the Domaine by 11 a.m.
